At Your 3D Printed World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy applies to all orders placed through your3dprintedworld.com, fulfilled by HK THREEDIMENSIONAL LIMITED (BR No. 80175552), Flat 2304, 23/F, Ho King Commercial Centre, 2-16 Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok, Hong Kong.

Because every piece is printed to order, our returns policy distinguishes between custom/personalised items and stock (non-personalised) items. Please read the relevant section below before contacting us.

Custom and personalised items — including any piece produced from a customer-supplied brief, photograph, or approved proof — are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the following circumstances:

• The item is materially different from the approved proof or product listing.
• The item arrives damaged or defective (see "Damaged or Incorrect Items" below).

If you believe your custom order does not match what was agreed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Stock items — items purchased without personalisation or custom modifications — may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original, undamaged condition.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• The item must not have been used.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@your3dprintedworld.com with:

1. Your order number.
2. A clear description of the issue.
3. Photographs showing the damage or discrepancy.

We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. You will not be required to return the item unless specifically requested.

To initiate a return for an eligible stock item, follow these steps:

1. Email support@your3dprintedworld.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) confirmation from our team. Do not send items back without an RMA — items returned without authorisation cannot be processed.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in your RMA confirmation.
4. Email us your tracking number once dispatched.
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Once your return is received and approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• Processing time: 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
• Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

We do not offer refunds to a different payment method than the one used for the original purchase.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom and personalised items (unless faulty — see above).
• Items returned without prior RMA authorisation.
• Items that are not in their original condition or packaging.
• Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse or improper care.
• Digital files, design files, or any non-physical product.
• Gift wrapping fees and other non-product service charges.
