All products sold by Your 3D Printed World are made to order. Standard production time is 3–5 business days from order confirmation. Custom and bespoke commissions may require additional time, which will be confirmed at the point of order.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order enters production, and a second notification with tracking information when it has been dispatched.

We ship via tracked courier services. Available options at checkout:

• Standard Tracked: 5–7 business days from dispatch — $9.99 (free on orders over $100)
• Express Tracked: 1–2 business days from dispatch — $19.99

Delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch and do not include production time. Your 3D Printed World does not guarantee carrier delivery windows, which may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

We ship to the contiguous United States via our standard and express tracked services, available at checkout.

Hong Kong & Asia-Pacific: Orders are dispatched from our Hong Kong studio. Estimated delivery within Hong Kong is 3–7 business days. International Asia-Pacific destinations: 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Other international destinations: Available on request. Please contact us at support@your3dprintedworld.com before ordering for a shipping quote. Lead times and costs will be confirmed before payment is taken.

Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product price or shipping fees. We are unable to predict or control these charges.

Free standard tracked shipping is available on all orders over $100 USD. This threshold applies to the order subtotal before taxes and after discounts.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal. Tracking information may take up to 2 hours to update after dispatch.

All orders are packed in protective branded packaging. Every piece is wrapped and secured to prevent movement or damage in transit. If you are purchasing a gift, please note in your order and we will include gift-appropriate presentation packaging.

We do not include invoices or pricing information in physical shipments. A digital receipt is sent to your email address at time of purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect item(s) and packaging
• Description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. We may require the damaged product to be returned before issuing a replacement.

Custom and personalised orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or differs materially from the approved proof. Please review your proof carefully before approving production.

Stock (non-personalised) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, undamaged condition for a full refund or exchange.
