For custom and bespoke commissions, a design proof will be shared for your approval before production begins. Production will not commence until approval is received.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed by HK THREEDIMENSIONAL LIMITED (Hong Kong Business Registration No. 80175552), the legal entity operating Your 3D Printed World. The entity name appearing on your card or payment statement will be HK THREEDIMENSIONAL LIMITED.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorise HK THREEDIMENSIONAL LIMITED to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

Payment is captured at the time of order. All transactions are encrypted using TLS/SSL. We do not store full payment card details on our servers — card data is held exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.

We ship to addresses within the United States and internationally. All products ship at ambient temperature in protective branded packaging. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on production times, carriers, and delivery estimates.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

Custom and personalised orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or materially differs from the approved proof. We strongly recommend reviewing your proof carefully before approving production.

Stock (non-personalised) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, undamaged condition for a full refund or exchange.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

All original designs created by Your 3D Printed World remain our intellectual property. When you commission a bespoke piece, you receive a licence to display and use the physical object, but not to reproduce or commercially exploit the underlying design without written permission.

By submitting reference images or design content for customisation, you confirm that you hold the rights to that content and grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

We will not reproduce, sell, or share your custom design files with any third party without your consent.

Products are provided as physical goods made with care and precision. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your 3D Printed World disclaims all warranties, express or implied, beyond those required by consumer protection law.

Minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are inherent to the 3D printing process and do not constitute defects. We do not warrant that our products will be indistinguishable from digital renders or promotional photography.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Your 3D Printed World and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our website and products shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Nothing in this clause shall limit any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
